Welder

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute work order procedures based on specifications.

Repair and fabricate items using cutting, burning, and welding techniques.

Monitor welding processes to prevent overheating and distortion.

Prepare and assemble parts for welding.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.

Report any faulty equipment or defective materials.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient in arc welding, TIG, MIG, and MAG welding.

Experience working with various materials.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and quality of work.

Knowledge of welding safety practices.

Certification or diploma in welding or a related field.

2 years of experience or completion of a formal apprenticeship or three-year in-company training program.
