Our responsibilities span everything from procurement and implementation, to support and promotions. We take pride in our work and are looking for a team player who shares our passion and commitment.
THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility will be to curate and enhance our product portfolio, ensuring we maintain a complete and competitive offering in Casino & Games across all operational markets. Collaborating with approximately 25 main vendors and over 100 subcontractors, you'll drive our commitment to delivering top-tier content for our customers.
As a Content Manager, you will:
- Develop and Optimize the Product Offering: Identify and address gaps in the game portfolio to ensure a complete and competitive offering across all sites and markets. Lead initiatives to implement and manage different RTP versions of games for optimal performance.
- Maintain Compliance and Certification: Ensure all games are certified and meet compliance standards for their respective markets.
- Build and Nurture Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with game suppliers through digital channels, industry events, and physical meetings. Support key account managers in managing existing partnerships.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Casino Operations Managers, Head of Content, Casino & Games, as well as other stakeholders, to align product offerings with market needs and business goals.
YOUR PROFILE

- Proactive: You thrive on taking initiative and developing new relationships, both digitally and in person.
- Analytical: You are experienced with Google Sheets (or similar e.g Excel) and comfortable working with data collection, statistics, and cataloging.
- Fluent in English: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for success in our international team.

INFORMATION
This position is a full time position based at our head office in Mariehamn on Åland Islands, with the possibility to work remote a few days a week. It is a requirement to have a valid work permit for working on Åland islands and to be fluent in English.
