The Role

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to:

Strategic Investment Analysis: Conducting in-depth evaluations, structuring, and valuations of potential investments.

Transaction & Due Diligence Processes: Taking an active role in managing and supporting these critical functions.

Financial Stewardship: Driving financial analysis, modeling, and valuations across the investment lifecycle, entry, holding, and exit phases.

Value Creation: Collaborating with portfolio companies to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Who You Are

We are looking for proactive professionals with a positive attitude towards tackling complex challenges and a passion for private equity investments. You are:

Curious & Analytical: You enjoy problem-solving, learning, and tackling complex challenges.

Experienced & Impact-Driven: You have relevant experience for the role, likely from Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related field and are eager to apply your expertise in a way that makes a difference.

An Advocate for Change: You value responsible investing, equality, and diversity.

Adaptable & Internationally Minded: Fluent in English and open to traveling within Finland and Sweden.
